​How Do I Place An Order?

 

First, find your club badge on the "Order Now" Page.  Clicking on your club badge will take you the club page and display all available items.  Simply click on the item(s) you would like to order, pick your size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".  

 

Payment and Shipping

All orders must be paid for by credit card or PayPal.  You may choose either option when all items have been added to your cart and your are ready to checkout.   After you begin the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your billing/shipping address.  On the following page, you will be asked to choose a shipping method; UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air.  UPS Ground is the most reliable method of shipping.  

Processing Time

Processing time on all orders varies due to a number of factors. Time of year, quantity of orders on hand, type of items, availability of items from vendors, etc.  Our processing time for in-stock, customized items is typically 3-5 business days.  It should be known that SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT EFFECT/EXPEDITE PROCESSING TIME.  We will do our best to accommodate customers who need to have their order rushed, however, we will not make any guarantees when it comes to this matter.

Defective Items

Due to variable playing surfaces, weather conditions and degree of use, all items (footwear and goalkeeper gloves in particular) will experience normal wear and tear.  This includes, but is not limited to, color loss, loose threads, small gaps between outsole and upper of cleats, and minor tears in latex palms of goalkeeper gloves.  To increase product lifespan for footwear and goalkeeper gloves, we recommend purchasing both a training pair and a match pair.  We guarantee our footwear, goalkeeper gloves and equipment for 60 days after date of purchase.  We offer a store credit for return of defective merchandise within the guarantee timeframe.  Manufacturer warranties that surpass Premier Soccer's 60 day policy will have to be handled directly with the manufacturer.  

​Shipping versus In-Store Pickup

 

Premier Soccer is a local business typically servicing local soccer clubs.  Thus, we tend to have retail locations close to our customers.  If you would prefer to pick up your order at one of our retail locations, please choose "In Store Pickup" as your shipping options.  There is no charge for this service.  Before you checkout, there is a section at the bottom of the page in your cart called "Note to Seller".  Please enter which store you would prefer to pick up your items.  You will be called by that location once your order is ready for pickup.  The In Store Pickup option does not affect processing time.
 

Returns & Refunds

 

Our primary concern is that you receive the soccer uniforms and soccer equipment that best fit your needs. Consequently we attempted to make our return and exchange policy as simple as possible. 

There are a few things to keep in mind when requesting a return:

Please contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss your return prior to sending any products back to us.

You may return most new products purchased from Premier Soccer within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

All returned product must be in new and sellable condition. This of course means that all tags must be attached and the item(s) are unworn and unlaundered. 

Customized product may not be returned (this includes numbering, names, silk screening, embroidery, and other customization services). 

Additionally, we cannot refund you for product that is returned to an incorrect address.

All items that are returned for a refund without a replacement order are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Credits can only be made to the original form of payment.
